Move Employees to different Legal Units

Hi,

I've inserted some wrong employees/workers to a Legal Unit and would like to move them to a different one. is it possible to move them to a different legal unit, or do I have to delete them?

One thing I've also noticed, if I delete an employee, I can find them on search boxes/looks up even if they don't exist, why aren't they removed from the system?

    Hi,

    As Ezhu mentioned, you can add another employment record in Employment history but cannot just transfer employee from one LE to another. You can enter the end date in the incorrect employment's record and just create a new employment record.

    Hi,

     

    In terms of moving employees to different legal units, open the employee record and try with employment history button. There you can maintain employment with different legal entity.
