Hi All
I am facing an issue. I created a case and its assigned to me. I added notes in the notes section. After sometime I assigned the case to someone else the notes timestamp gets updated with current time. Same happens when someone else assign back the case to me. This time it gets updated with new timestamp and "Note modifies by user name".
How can we overcome this issue?

Hi,
This is happening because of the relationship cascading behaviour. When you assign case to a different user all the activities including Notes ownership will be changed to new user. Since owner is getting updated for notes that is the reason you see latest timestamp.
As you can see relationship behaviour between case and notes is set to parental so any changes happens on Case entity same changes will be applied to Notes.
