Data template for Performance reviews data entity

Hi All,
Please if anyone can let me know how to get the data template for 'Performance reviews' data entity for data migration.
Or can provide the sample file that I can leverage.
I tried using data management, but it does not provide details around field size/type, mandatory/optional etc.

    Hello,

    From the data entity you can get the fields in Visual studio. Type, size, mandatory or not. You need access to a development environment for that.
