Hello Guys, I have created a custom workflow and add it to a custom form. after submitting this form i am getting this error for corpsec user.

''X++ Exception: Work item could not be created. Insufficient security permissions for user corpsec. Please review the user's security permissions to ensure they are sufficient for this workflow document and then resume the workflow."

Since this is a test environment i have assigned all the roles to this user , still this error is showing. where else i need to check security permissions.  In security --> Assign users to role also this user is coming under all the roles as this users have access for all the roles. My workflow gets stopped status after this error. , kindly suggest

    Hi All,

I am having the same issue now. Can someone explain what is the dynamic rule that helps to resove this issue?

Hello Sachin, What was the dynamic rule that you found preventing the user to do the operation?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you

Hello Gunjan and Akhilesh , There was one dynamically  rule assign to this user which was preventing this user to do the operation. Also i revoked all the role for this user and add it again. now its working fine.

To add or remove dynamic rules follow this : ystem admin > Security > Assign users to roles

Thank you so much guys ....

    Hi Sachin,

Did you assign security to the workflow menu items? If not, it will work for System admins only.

Please check this link. It is for AX 2012, but you can do it similarly for D365 F&O.

One of the possible reasons for receiving this is that one of the menu items specified on the approval or task elements for this step in the workflow is having it's configuration key disabled. You might look on this for starters.

Also check eventviewer for more clear error message. Check your workflow configuration again.
