custom workflow for adding score to lead

Hi, 

I want to create a customer journey where we send and email with a link to a whitepaper. We dont want any form to download the whitepaper due to them already being identified. 

How can I make sure that the lead gets the 15 points that they normaly do when downloading the whitepaper with a form?

Is that something you can build with a work flow or how can we set this up?

    Hi sthuresson,

    You could track whether contacts click the whitepaper link or not.

    For example:
