Hi All,
When case is closing or resolving email getting triggered but status showing canceled so users are not getting email.Based on status value email is triggering.
What could be the issue ?

Hi Jharana,
The 'canceled' you comment, would be the status of job in Power Automate Flow?
If yes, I would try to open the canceled job in Power Automate Flow to check for more details (ie. invalid connections, privilege missing and so on).

Thanks for your response.The status field its a custom field value we are checking with like Close so based on this value we are sending mail to particular user but while chking that email in advanced find the email status is showing Cancelled.
