Hi,
Is it possible to have emails sent to contacts under a generic email address (e.g: companysupport@example.com), rather than the CRM users address? Am I able to figure this in the system?
Thanks,
Ciaran

Similar to user - we can have mailbox associated with Queue.
1. Create a New user in CRM which has (companysupport@example.com). Assign this user the Security Role to "send email as another user" under the Business Management Tab of the Security Role.
2. Go to Settings->Email Configuration->Mailboxes and find the mailbox for this user. When you open it you will see entries for Incoming and Outgoing email. Once you configure those for the Email Router (or server side sync)
3. Login with this new user.
4. Go to this new user Personal Options (under Email tab) the ability to have CRM send emails on your behalf.
Now, any user of CRM can select this new User as From in the emails.
Thanks.
