I am unable to find any training manuals/videos for the certification "Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration".
Can anybody tell me where I can find?
All I can find on Microsoft learning portal is for D365 CRM (Customer and sales) training against this course.
The abovementioned certification is the only "technical" one for D365FO. It contains also other than development stuff - see the exam preparation guide for more details.

If you are looking for exam preparation guides for Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, please navigate to Dynamics 365 -> Exam preparation guides and filter by "Finance and Operations" in Learning Portal.
In any case, "Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration" is an exam for Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement (former CRM).
The development exam and certification for D365FO is called "Development, Extensions and Deployment for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations" (MB6-894).
