Data is not syncing between AX FP server and store server

Hi guys. I am facing one issue in AX FP. POS operator scanned some items and made total but then she scanned item instead of entering amount which she received from customer and she completed transaction but after when she tried to close shift it was not closing it gave error and then AX stopped syncing data with store server and now we can't push data to store server like new items, updated prices, on accounts sales and also can't receive transactions detail from store server.

    Try to delete records of IncomingMessages and OutgoingMessages in both server and client DataSych DB. Then restart Microsoft Dynamics AX Commerce Data Exchange service. If error is still, then check logs on the Event viewer and let see.
