Hi team,
Iam very much confused of Queue items creation. Are they not created if a email is sent to a queue mail address, I have sent many mails to the queue email address but don't see the items getting created. Are they created only by automatic Routing rule and manually.
please help me in understanding this.

Make sure you have created Pulich Queue.

Can I create a queue item by sending a mail to queue email id. The queue don't have any ACR rule or routing set rule. Just created a public queue and configured the mailbox id attached to it. Can I see that email in Queue items.
