Hi All,
I just setup email configuration on my MS CRM development environment, and I use free email from outlook for testing purpose.
everything already finished and incoming email & outgoing email is stated as "success" once I tested and enabled the mailbox.
I try to create a email activity (outgoing email) and the result is succeeded and I got the email from CRM.
but not for incoming email, I tried send email from outside but never receive the email in my MS CRM.
please All do you have any suggestion for this issue? what do I need check? log.. or something?
ps: MS CRM 2016 on premise
