Incoming email issue

Hi All,

I just setup email configuration on my MS CRM development environment, and I use free email from outlook for testing purpose.

everything already finished and incoming email & outgoing email is stated as "success" once I tested and enabled the mailbox.

I try to create a email activity (outgoing email) and the result is succeeded and I got the email from CRM.

but not for incoming email, I tried send email from outside but never receive the email in my MS CRM.

please All do you have any suggestion for this issue? what do I need check? log.. or something?

ps: MS CRM 2016 on premise

    Hi All,

    I just resolved this issue, the user whose I used for incoming email is has default queue and the problem is come from email that has been setup inside that queue.

    just need to make sure email is correct and I able to receive incoming email now.

    to track email using outlook need setup IFD first.. and I don't need to do that in my deployment plan.

    Is possible to get incoming email activity without outlook integration?

    Have you installed outlook client on your outlook. If not, install that and then track your email.

    thanks for your response,

    yes, I did. email has received well in inbox if I check through outlook.com and I didn't track email from outlook.

    Hi,

    You must have done test & enable for a user mailbox. Have you sent that email to that email address? Did you track that email from your outlook?
