Many of my users report lately that several times a day all tabs of D365 they are working with, no matter what they are working on, are getting reset to the default homepage which opens when they first open D365. This happens several times a day.
After investigating a bit it seems that only users who use Internet Explorer are suffering from this issue, while Chrome users aren't (IE says, something that the D365 page stopped responding and was recovered or something like this). So I would tend to migrate them over to chrome, but not all of them like changes so much and also Chrome has it's own bugs etc.
So my question is, whether someone else has dealt with this kind of problem before and has any suggestion what to do? I deleted the cache already etc. but this doesn't seem to have a positive impact on it.
We run version 8.2.2.112 of D365 on-premise.
