Fast contacts entry on the Customer screen in DevOps

What is the data entity to use for loading multiple customer contacts which are not people. I am talking about the fast tab area of the customer entry screen which is called Contacts ? Apparently through Customer_v3 we can load only one primary contact for each mode of communication.

It sounds like you're talking about Dynamics Finance & Ops, not Dynamics Customer Service. You might have better luck in this forum: community.dynamics.com/.../765
