Good Day CRMers,
I have enabled the Arabic Language on a Microsoft Portal I am working on, the bad news is that Entity Forms (For example the Profile form) aren't being translated when switching languages from English to Arabic using the language selector, knowing that I have translated the form fields labels using XRMtoolbox Easy Translator and published the translations.
I made sure the translations are being published by changing the language from CRM, where I can see the form being translated normally!
Is it because Arabic is not among the supported languages listed in this link? https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/portals/enable-multiple-language-support
Thank you!
Hi partner,
Unfortunately, you cannot fully translate the Portal into Arabic
In Dynamics 365 there are two types of language: base language and interface language and the additional languages like Arabic is interface language. But some attribute could only be shown in base language.
And in the portal, as you mentioned above, Arabic is not supported in portal. So when we using third-party tools to translate, it may case some problems.
Hope it helps.
Best Regards,
Leo
