Is there a way i can customize the Portal comment activity form as shown below? I want to get rid of few fields from this form.
Hi Neeraj,
It is possible this form, from within Customizations in the settings menu. Portal Comments are an Entity (defined as an activity entity), which has a number of Forms which can be updated - including the 'Main Form' which appears to be the one you wish to amend.

as mentioned above the Portal comments Form can be edited from within Dynamics under Customisation> Portal Comment> Main Form

Yes the Portal comment form can be customized by navigating to Settings -> Customization -> Customize my system -> Entities -> Portal comment
