Subscription Center embededd on an external website

Hi All,

I have a problem with my Subcriptions Center (marketing form).

I am going to embedd te\he marketing form on an external website. Sins this is a prefill form, i had to authenticate the domain where the page should be at and sent the authenticated keys to my DNS team and confirmed the domain. The status is confirmed so it should be good.

Still on the website (the portal) I am getting an error saying "This page has a marketing form built in, but the domain where this page is published is not whitelisted for use with this form. Go to Dynamics 365 Marketing and add this domain to the whitelist for the form that is embedded here".

The form has no whitelisted rules so I cannot add the domain in here. I`m I missing anything here?

Hi Camilla,

From your description "the website (the portal)",

as far as I know, a portal URL will starts with xxx.powerappsportal.com,

that's a sub-domain of power apps portal, we couldn't set domain authentication for it,

and we don't need to configure subscription center if we had integrate a portal with marketing instance.

As my understading, a external website would be cloflymao.com, what we should do are:

1. Set DKIM(You've done)

2.Add your domain as content settings

3. Apply new content setting to customer journey

4. Create a customer journey to send markeing email

5. Open subscription center via unsubscripe link.

Please point out if anything is wrong in my understanding.

Just to be sure, there's an additional step in the setup UI for registering whitelisted forms. Please refer to these steps:

docs.microsoft.com/.../embed-forms

we are working on simplifying the steps further :)

Hi, I am sorry for answering this late. We had a problem authenticate the domain www. When this was confirmed we could embedd the form on our portal. Then I created a content setting as you describe and send the email to me in a customer journey and the form showed. Yeah..

BUT with no identification, It cannot recognize my id, and if i am trying to submitt the form I`ll get an error. Any ideas of what I have missed here?

Yes we have authenticate the domain now, but it was not that easy. Cname and TXT cannot work together. Microsoft helped us, but now the confirmation is gone again.

We embedded the form and it work, but then on a update the keys on the domain was not found again. .. So I think I have to create a support ticket again at microsoft.
