Project invoice proposal form blank when user do not have access to all legal entities.

Hi Guys,

I am in a strange situation where when the user is opening Project invoice proposal form from All Projects it is blank. However if I am directly opening the Project Invoice Proposal form, it is showing data for all the projects. And when the user is assigned System Admin role, everything is working fine.

After further research I found out that Advanced filer and range Query ( company range) is not picking up the organizations ( his role is restricted to use only 2 legal entities). So I tried giving the user access to all legal entities and now everything works fine( Also I see that now the Advanced filter is picking up the organizations). My client wants the users to have access only specific legal entities so this work around is not practical. Can anybody help me to resolve the issue. I think I have explained it clearly, please let me know if you need further explanation.
