It's though to say without knowing the form you receive this message in. Are you able to share more information?
Is this somehow related to customer voice, and has this occurred before?

The error "This request has been cancelled because the maximum number of requests on your instance per day has been exceeded" in Dynamics 365 CE Field Service indicates that your API request limit has been reached for the day.

    Possible Causes:

    Exceeded Microsoft API Rate Limits
    1. Microsoft imposes limits on API calls based on licenses & entitlements.
    2. Check the Power Platform Admin Center → Capacity for your usage.
    High Volume of Automated Processes
    1. Power Automate Flows, Plugins, or Integrations may be making excessive API calls.
Large Data Import or Integration Jobs
    1. If an external integration (e.g., Field Service Mobile, IoT, ERP sync) is running, it may be consuming all API calls.

    Solutions:

    Check API Consumption:

    1. Go to Power Platform Admin Center → Analytics → Common Data Service API
    2. Identify which processes/users are consuming the most requests.
    Optimize Workflows & Plugins:
    1. Reduce unnecessary API calls by using batch requests or optimizing queries.
    Upgrade License (If Needed):
    1. If your organization needs more API capacity, consider upgrading to Power Platform Request Add-ons.

Request a Temporary Limit Increase from Microsoft:

    1. If this is unexpected, raise a Microsoft Support ticket to request a temporary increase.

Would you like help identifying high API usage processes in your instance?
