Calling an HTML web resource for "Resolve Case" button

Hello All,

I have a requirement where i have to increase the height of the fields "Resolution" and "Remarks" field on the Case Resolution form when we click on "RESOLVE CASE" button on the Case entity record.

I am creating a new button for case resolve and trying to create a HTML web resource.

I would love if any can suggest me any other alternative to achieve this or if anyone can help me suggest how can i create a HTML web resource where i can tie the fields on the HTML web resource with the fields on Case Resolution entity form like "Resolution Type, Resolution, Total Time, Billable Time, and Remarks".

I am working on Dynamics 365 version 9 online.

PS:

Tried using Dialog but its getting deprecated.
