Free text invoice and how to select category in line details

Hello!

When creating a free text invoice I want to add one line to a time and material project for follow up reasons.

However, in the picture below it seems I am not able to any value showing to choose from. I guess I am missing something in the setup part, but where to start to look for this?

Please check that if you have a project category in the actual company with "Fee" as transaction type:
