Why can't you upgrade to the latest version?
That should be the fastest and easiest way.
Another option would be configuring e.g. an electronic report that extracts you those data. Yet, this is just additional work and the first best solution would be to upgrade. Otherwise, you have additional work and costs.

Thank you for quick reply, but we are in 7.3 version now, is there any option to get this information in 7.3 version.

In a nutshell, you want to make sure whether or not a payment to a specific vendor has been made, right?
I think the best and easiest way is using the global transactions form at the vendor level.

This is available in 10.0.

We have 40 legal entities, vendor masters are same in all entities, so I'm looking payment to single vendor across all legal entities.

What is it that you want to check exactly in regards to the payment?
The invoices that have been paid, or the amount that has been paid or something else?
Can you explain this in more detail?

You can setup centralized payments. Have a look at the documentation: docs.microsoft.com/.../set-up-centralized-payments
This feature not available in Version 7.3, hope this is available in above 10 version
