Hi

Is there a way of copying am existing BPS and changing the name of the copy to one of choice?

I have a number of repetitive features for 4 or five flows that  I need to create and don't want to start from scratch on each occasion.

Thanks

    Hi,

To copy a Business Process Flow in Dynamics CRM, simply open the existing Business Process Flow record, click Save As, and your copy will appear. Then you could change the name for the copy and edit the new BPF.

    Hope it makes sense.

Open the BPF and try "Save As" with another name.

Thanks guys, I was doing as you suggest previously but the window to save flashed and disappeared on each attempt.  The saved versions were there to work on but I couldn't alter the names, no less I have doen as you suggested in a different browser and all works fine.  My issue must have been browser related.

Open the solution and then go to add existing components > automation> Processes> Now search the flow name you create copy of.

You will the flow with the name (copy) next to it.
