Hi everybody,

I'm currently exploring all the functionalities of Microsoft Social Listening and I have this question.

Is it possible to export all posts (as XML or as XLSX) found by a search query?

The issue right now is that when I click "Select all" in Analytics Posts section I am only able to select all posts shown on the screen (say 20); when I click "Load more posts" at the bottom of the page I can see other 10 posts, and so on. My goal is to export once all (say 680) posts found by my search query.

Hope someone from the community can answer to my question.

Well of course the limitations are related to searches available in Social Engagement (and in the user's skills to set up the right query!).

I've worked through the article and it all seems to work pretty well. I am outputting SE data to PowerBI. The most awkward thing is creating your query to pull the data you require.

I have yet to investiagte fully but I think we should be able to do some data export collection using this.

Well, not yet. Still waiting for a solution since many prospects do ask our company about this functionality.
