We can use auditing to filter out the history of assigned cases.
Go to Settings > Audit > Audit Summary View.

Click on the funnel icon on the right to enable filtering.

We use the Event column to filter out the assign event.

We can select the specified time by filtering the Changed Date column.

We filter out the specified users by the Change By column.

We filter out the Case record through the Entity column.

In this case, we can filter out the records of the assigned cases within the specified time within the specified user according to your needs.
