Moving From Dynamics 365 Online to Dynamics 365 Online

Hello Community,

My company, which already uses Dynamics 365 Online, has been acquired so we have to change the company name and all email adresses (i.e Dynamics 365 URL, user login emails, forward mailbox adresses)

A new Dynamics 365 Online subscription is the unique solution ? If yes, what is the best way to migrate all data to the new one ?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

This is not my area / interest directly, however I prepared and passed "Online deployment" exam and I remember that there is some information on neilparkhurst.com/.../mb2-715-certification-microsoft-dynamics-365-customer-engagement-online-deployment-revision-guide and also docs.microsoft.com/.../use-office-365-admin-center-manage-subscription

    I think directly to docs.microsoft.com/.../multiple-online-instances-tenants

You can also submit a support ticket to Microsoft and they can move instances between office 365 tenants.
