An employee suddenly cannot see her vacation balance

Dear team,
 
 
One of our employees suddenly could not find her leave balance.
 
But we can still see it through the following module.
 
We tried to create benefit accrual plan but failed either by uploading the file or adding it manually, as the record already exists.
 
Could you please suggest how can make her leave balance show correctly?

    Hi,

    Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this issue:
    1. Check User Permissions:
      • Ensure that the employee has the correct permissions to view her leave balance. Sometimes, visibility issues can be due to permission settings.
    2. Refresh Data:
      • Try refreshing the data or clearing the cache. Sometimes, data visibility issues can be resolved by refreshing the system.

    It's not related to security roles. 
    Without knowing how you created your benefit accrual plan, my advice is to have a developer debug this issue. It could either be down to a bug in D365, incorrect data for the worker or something wrong with accrual plan.

    The employee balance can be visible via employee self service > My career information tab. 
     
    The balance will be visible by leave types or you can check leave balance for all leave types.
