Activate dialog button in marketing list not working

I have an on premise dynamics 365 v9.0 instance and When I click on activate buttton in marketing list, a dialog pop up appears but when i click on activate nothing happens. When i try the same thing with deactivate button everything goes well. What is the problem here.

    Yes, but it's triggered on button click not automatically.

    I get normal js files with 200 status.

    Hi,

    Try to open Browser Developer Tool by clicking F12 key.

    Then go to network tab - clear traces

    Perform your action and then check network logs to see any error .

    No, I use it on inactive records. Actually the activate button works well on legacy web but not on uci

    It is very obvious but just needs to confirm. Sorry for that. Are you using this button on the Active record? where status = active?
