    I found some information, and when I opened the URL: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2390372, it showed 404, the page was not found. Or you can refer to this old thread, which also provides two download urls, you can try to open these two urls: Hotfix for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 (KB2390372) (dynamics.com). If the issue still persists, I would suggest you to re-post your query on TechNet forums as we have experts working on such type of issues and to help you in a better way. Refer to the link: Microsoft supported products on Q&A | Microsoft Learn.
