This just started yesterday and when I go to create a new case in service in CRM, the form opens up like normal but, the cursor is now at the top left field, not where it should be. The big problem is that I cannot enter any data into any field. If I hold down a key for 5-10 secs sometimes a character or two will fill in. Everything is so slow It seems it's not working at all. I have checked with our dev guy and he says nothing has changed from his side or my permissions. I logged out of CRM and logged back in with the same results. I tried another browser (IE) with the same problem but, not in Microsoft Edge. It was extremely slow but, I could painfully enter data in the new form. I then uninstalled Firefox, rebooted and then downloaded/installed Firefox with defaults restored. Still same issue.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
I will try in different machine, chrome browser & incognito, m/c reboot.
Worth to check by adding to trusted sites, compatibility mode, verify any windows updated pending.
Run as different user in your m/c browsers, you login to different m/c to get some clue.

This is a strange issue. Check if this is single entity or multiple, single user or multiple.If it is sngle then check if it has javascript which is causing the issue. If it is single user, check the permissions.
