This just started yesterday and when I go to create a new case in service in CRM, the form opens up like normal but, the cursor is now at the top left field, not where it should be. The big problem is that I cannot enter any data into any field. If I hold down a key for 5-10 secs sometimes a character or two will fill in. Everything is so slow It seems it's not working at all. I have checked with our dev guy and he says nothing has changed from his side or my permissions. I logged out of CRM and logged back in with the same results. I tried another browser (IE) with the same problem but, not in Microsoft Edge. It was extremely slow but, I could painfully enter data in the new form. I then uninstalled Firefox, rebooted and then downloaded/installed Firefox with defaults restored. Still same issue.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
