Hello all,
Anybody has similar issue that "Export to Excel" in Outlook is grayed out in our Dynamics 365 for Outlook? Started last week. All are the same with Outlook in Office 2010, 2013, and Dynamics 365 online.

I am assuming this for Outlook Com Add-in. Export to Excel feature allows to export data for all the items in the view. However, this feature cannot be used if a record is already selected. By default the first item is selected in the view, so that the Reading pane can display the item details.
Please make sure that no items are selected in the view. If an item is selected, un-select (ctrl + click) the selected item. This should enable the "Export to Excel" button.

the first item was selected by default, and the Export to Excel is grayed, then I un-slect the first one followed your instructions, then the "export it Excel" enabled!
