After the recent update users are advising that when they have picked and worked an email they are having issues.
After working they remove the email from the queue but then all the email disappear and they have to refresh the screen to get them all back or clisck out of the email queue to get them all back.
This is happening for all users in every queue.
I had an update from Microsoft last week (I'm in the UK region) and the fix has been rolled out for us. My users have tested without adding the extra text and they are now no longer experiencing this issue.
If you're not in the UK I'd suggest logging a call with Microsoft and seeing if they can promote your own region.
Good Luck!!
Hi Vness , thanks for posting this. My users reported having this issue, and adding that text string to the url has helped.
However, without that added text, I am still seeing the issue. Have you heard from your support provider or Microsoft on where they are in releasing a fix? Also, do you know of a webpage that lists all of the issues Microsoft is actively working on?
Thanks,
Rachel
Our support provider has come back and said that Microsoft has noted this is a bug after the updates at the weekend.
They are going to fix it by the end of the week if not earlier but in teh meantime if you can get your users who are having the issue to ADD this to the end of the URL &flags=FCB.PcfGridEnhancedRendering=false
I've had reports of D365 users having this issue too. If you get a response from your supplier or Microsoft will you re-post it here? I'd be very interested to get this sorted for the Teams.
I have reported to our support providor so no not directly to MS as they will do all that if they can not solve.
If Users pick the item and work from the Items i'm working on they obviously dont have the issue but they look only to be working from the all item view so this is affecting them.
Hi our users got the same issues. Have you already reported it to microsoft?
