Is it possible to use the automated workflow in customer journey as a tile? If so, how?
Hey there! Whats the business/use case for this? What are you wanting to achieve?

The documentation from Microsoft says that it is possible to trigger a Power Automate Flow from a custom trigger in a Real-Time Journey.

If you want to use Power Automate flow in the Outbound Marketing Customer Journey, you need use Custom Channel tile.
