Hi,
There is no out of box integration available for Portals but you can use third party add on. www.adoxio.com/Connect-365
Alternatively, you can try Dynamics 365 itself for integration - www.youtube.com/watch

Created this page for a Nonprofit Organization: zli.microsoftcrmportals.com/zli-donate. I am a Microsoft Partner. They just need to allow a handful of donors to make a Donation from this page. I have sold them the Dynamics 365 Sales module; and, they have a trial of the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations module.
Any way to add a Payment block to the Portals Web Form that is integrated with a payment gateway, using PayPal or Nav-X, and make the payment/Lead information go into Dynamics 365?
