Good afternoon, Colleagues!

I am looking how to make changes to the Quick Search filter by adding both Active and Inactive records. I believe this has to be State field. I have found this answer on the forum but can;t understand which field I need to bring in.

Thanks and stay home and safe.

Nikita

    Hi Nikita,

In my environment, I can see the closed opportunity in the Track search in App for Outlook.

Could you check if you have published all customizations?

In addition, you can change the view while searching.

Thank you, Hao! I have done that but I still am not able to find the inactive (closed won) record when trying to set an email regarding it in the Outlook app.
