Hi Amol,
Try giving access to underlying tables.
Hi khurshid ,
Thanks for the reply,
I have already added document handling related tables (Docuref,DocuValue,DocuTypes) in my privilage, but no luck.
Regards,
Try using DocumentHandlingEssentials privilege in your role .
Hello Sukrut,
DocumentHandlingEssentials privilege is there in my Role but still the same issue.
Any thing else can we do to resolve the issue.
Did you syncronize after making security changes ?
Can you decribe in more detail what you have customized? Did you create a new form or customized an existing one? What exactly do you mean with 'add attachments'? Did you create menu item links or a preview control? If you added controls, check if the property NeededPermission. This one might also cause your issue if it is set to e.g. Manual. Then you have to change it to Auto or add the form control with permissions to the security privilege or role.
yes i did synchronize the role from security Configuration.
Below is the Screenshot for the reference.
Hello Andre,
I have develop new form and create role for the same. All the user can use attachment functionality of customized form but users have Vendor(External) role those users can add file from attachment button (Upper Right side icon) but not able to see the file.
Any idea for the same.
If you have assigned the Vendor (external) security role, then there is a security policy active out of the box. This filters document attachments. Only documents with restriction External are visible for users with this role. I guess that they are creating document with restriction set to Internal currently?
Hi,
Issue is resolved by creating a new role same as Vendor External and only removed restriction for DocRef Table.
Thanks & Regards,
