I would suggest you to use Flow to integrate EBay with Microsoft Dynamics365 Online.
Integrations steps could be referred as following:
While since Ebay is not available as prebuilt connectors in Flow. You need to create Custom Connectors with its own triggers and actions with following step by step operations.

As Johnny responded, the best way for you to get this working is by creating a custom connector for eBay. You will need to either use triggers or actions based on the direction that you want to go: eBay to CRM (triggers), CRM to eBay (actions).
