Dynamics CRM Device CAL Configuration

Hello,

I'm trying to get benefited from the Device CAL concept in Dynamics CRM 2016, but I still don't understand how can I configure the Device CAL users.

I have 5 terminals (servers) which can be accessed by 100 concurrent users, 20 users per server. 

Can you please help on how to configure those 100 users and configure their related devices to accept the connection to CRM from 20 users for each device at the same time?
