    You need to check on which customization that causes the issue. I would suggest you to implement a logger like: temmyraharjo.wordpress.com/.../

    Then after you know which part causes it, only you need to decide what should you do about it. Maybe you can share the result here so we can comment it any further.

    This is the normal behavior of online CRM. Indeed, this restriction is there to protect the server and ensure continuity of service.

    I advise you to use azure functions to implement the logic of your plugins. You can refer to the following blog:
