Duplicate entry in financial statement (traditional)

Hello all,

I have a question about financial statement(traditional).

We use it for generating a balance sheet. In one legal entity we came upon a problem, that the entry of one main account appears twice in the statement (and it is completely identical).It is not a row description etc, just a regular entry.

Do you have an idea, what can be causing this duplicate entry?

    Hello JuleWergne,

    I have not found a hint about a hotfix on LCS.

    There might be thus an issue with your data.

    Have you already checked the respective trans data and compared your financial statement with the amounts listed in the trial balance?

    Hi JuleWergne,

    Is it possible to share the structure designer of your financial statement (traditional) ?

    Else; can you check if (anyhow by mistake!) you have set same main account in two places in the same report due to which it is showing twice in the statement.

    Hi guys,

    I checked the structure designer once more with a fresh eye and found the problem, which was actually on the surface:

    the duplicate entry was caused by one main account in the designer,which had the correct row name(account AAA), but a different value in the setup for this row (account BBB).

    As a result, in the balance sheet there were two duplicate entries for account BBB.

    The issue is resolved.Thank you!
