Unable to see D365 App

Two months back only I started using D365 for Operations app. 
 
But it seems to be no more available in App Sections. 
 
FYI , on LCS Projects home page I am getting the message /You have purchased insufficient subscription licenses. For more information, please contact your local Microsoft Dynamics 365 representative or see the Microsoft Dynamics 365 licensing guide./
 
Could you please help understanding the reason behind this?

    Hi,
    Can you show us your license page, as shown in the screenshot below? A minimum of 20 base licenses for Finance, this problem may occur because a certain license is missing, as Microsoft official documentation says, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Project Operations, or Human Resources is required to create an implementation project.
