Integration of MS CRM and WhatsApp Business API

Hi,

I want to integrate whatsapp business API with MS CRM. I can see there are two ways. 

1. Using Business Solution Provider 

2. Run your own infrastructure and solution using docker/Minikube,webhook(not sure how to use it).

So, What is the the best way for integration?

2. Are both these options paid? Is there any cost wise difference?

    This tutorial explains how to integrate Microsoft Dynamics with WhatsApp using the tyntec WhatsApp Business connector and Power Automate Flow.
