Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps Licensing

Hi,

I have a few question around licensing. For an existing (Old Dynamics CRM Customer) , I can see "Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan".

  • I want to know if they are deprecated or not?
  • and how to mix new licenses e.g. Dynamics 365 Sales Professional etc with this one.
  • What is difference between Customer Engagement Plan Vs Dynamics 365 Sales PRO VS Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise?

    Hi,

    You can still use Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan, you need to use Base licence + Attach Licence to mix the new license, you can refer to this article:

    Differences Between Sales Enterprise and Sales Professional

    Sales Professional is limited to a maximum of the following whereas Sales Enterprise has no limit on these:

    • 15 Custom Entities
    • 5 Business Process Flows
    • 15 Custom Queues
    • 10 3rd Party App Installs
    • 2 Custom Forms
    • 5 Custom Reports, Charts and Dashboards

    Sales Professional does not have access to:

    • Marketing Lists
    • Marketing Campaigns
    • Embedded Intelligence
    • Quick Campaigns
    • Forecasting
    • Sales Playbooks
    • Competitors
    • Sales Goals and Territory Management
    • Product Taxonomy & Relationships
    • Hierarchies
    • Social Engagement/Gamification
    • Teams: Define and Configure
