I need some experts about the "apparition" of the users in the Dataverse
My customer want to create a Canvas App to handle their Project calatog.
So, the canvas app used the dataverse to store all the data needed. No problem about that.
But one field will be used to store the Project Manager which will be an user of the table systemuser. These Project Managers need to have access to this app so they will have a Licence "Power App per User Plan".
But, I'm not sure if these persons will be available in the table User (systemuser) :
- as soon as they have a Licence "Power App per User Plan" assigned to them ?
- as soon as we share the canvas app with them ?
- as soon as they have accessed to the canvas app one time ?
- Other ?
I tried to find some information about the availability of an user in this table following the assigned licences but I don't find any clear response.
It's important for my customer because it'll be possible for them to assign a project to someone who never logged in or who is not yet access to any apps.
