I have a customer using a lot of Inspection Responses these also include photos.
In offline mode the downloads can be heavy.
They only need the inspection sheets for that days job and don't need to go back to the response once the booking is completed.
How do I filter the inspections to minimise the amount of data in offline mode and potentially across 3/4G.

You will need to edit the offline filter for Inspections and Inspection Responses
I assume your inspections are related to work order service tasks? You can use advanced find to construct and test the fetching inspection responses so it only shows records for todays bookings only.
Or if your work order service tasks are already being filtered you can just show all inspections and repsoses related to the service tasks.
You can see how many records are being downloaded by looking at the tables and records by checking the offline status while in the mobile app - docs.microsoft.com/.../mobile-power-app-system-offline

I did that and remove some unneeded entities.
However I'm now getting the below issue when trying to publish it.
"The related entity Knowledge Article Views of the mobile offline profile item association Related Knowledge Article Views of the mobile offline profile item Knowledge Article doesn’t exist in the profile items of profile Field Service Mobile - Offline Profile."
If I try to add in Knowledge article views I get:
You can only add one mobile offline profile item record per table to a mobile offline profile record.
If I try to remove Knowledge Articles I get:
A record with matching key values already exists.
I seem to be stuck in a loop, any ideas how to fix it.
I am facing similar issue even without using inspection forms. It downloads some 250 files of booking.. any clue on that?
