40The person who used to manage budget had recently left. However,
before he left he helped us upload our budget to MS Great Plains. He
told us that we can run the report in FRx by simply changing the
budget ID and base year and on the report date change it to 2012 .

The problem I am encountering is that I dont see the new year 2012 in
the report date nor do I see the budget ID FY12B in the drop down. I
checked Great Plains if the budget had been uploaded and it is there.
How do I update FRx to show the new budget ID and 2012 in the report
date option?
Any help will be appreciated. Thank you!
