Upgrade from Professional to Sales Enterprise

Hi All.
 
If you upgrade from Sales Professional to Sales Enterprise would you lose all of your form customisations or are the migrated across? The reason I ask is I have just come across this note within the Move from Dynamics 365 Sales Professional to Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise article
 
When you delete this solution, the Sales Pro app module is deleted, and any configuration specific to this app module such as its site map and form preferences are also lost.
