Allow customers to create orders in D365

We have the need to allow customers to create sales orders. Does someone have experience with this?

Either capturing data using a web app and interfacing that with D365
Or allowing customer to create sales orders directly in D365?

I cannot find any ISV to solve this issue

Hello,

You can use a portal (Microsoft or through an ISV like the portal connector) to have customers create orders. Customers can then log on to the portal to create the order.
