Custom Score Satisfaction Metric

I was hoping that someone could provide clarification on how the Custom Scoring should work and what values can be expected within the D365 CDS response entity?

I have a (Custom Score) Satisfaction Metric defined against a single Net Promoter Score question.

  • Base Score = 10
  • (Single) Question weighting = 1
  • Response values are just 0 through to 10, aligned with each of the responses.

I was expecting a Satisfaction Metric score that would just match the response value, equating to Weighting (1) x Response Value (0 .. 10) and then Normalised to a Survey Value out of 10.

However, what I end up getting was the weighted average response value X by a factor of 10.  This continues to be the case regardless of the Base Score value selected, i.e. if a Base Score of 5 or 100 is selected the metric value is still the weighted response X by a factor of 10.
