    Hi,

Why are you using Dynamics CRM connector which is old and deprecated?

I would encourage your to use Dataverse connector instead of Dynamics CRM connector.

    docs.microsoft.com/.../

Now coming back to your flow issue - Have you verified if your condition is getting satisfied by opening the Run history?

I hope you are creating Case record whose owner is same as what you have added in condition.

If possible please share run history screenshot.

    Hi,

There is no error in your flow. Your condition is not getting satisified.

    It is returning false.

Are you using Option set field in condition? What is the data type of the field you used in Condition?

If Data type of your field is optionset then you will have to Integer value of your field instead of using Text.

Add Compose action in your flow before condition action and select same field which you used in condition from dynamic content to compose action then run the flow to see the value it is returning from crm dynamics.

Bipin Kumar Thanks a  lot for your reply

Actually, the field set in the condition is (people or group) look up field.

So I selected the Owner's Team from add dynamics content and picked the field but for the condition is equal I wrote the name of the team  Manually, I don't know how to select it from the flow.

    Hi,

Owner's Team -> Is this a custom lookup field pointing to Team you created in Case Entity?

You can not directly use Owner's Team and compare as Text because Owner's Team will return the data in GUID format. Now to compare it based on Team name you will need to add another action in your flow

Get Row -> Select Team in Table/Entity dropdown->Row Id - Select Owner's Team from Dynamic Content

Then use Name in your condition from newly added action instead of using Owner's Team

    Hi,

As I mentioned earlier you will need to Team Name in your condition from newly added action instead of using Owner's Team.

I still see you are using Owner's Team in condition, please use Team Name. Please see my image posted in previous reply
