I created this flow to create a SharePoint list when a new Dynamics CRM case created, in the flow run there is no error it is succeeded but I cannot find any items in the SharePoint list.

Any help please what I miss in the flow.

Hi,

Have you added another Compose action for Team Name?

Please add Compose Action as shown below and then run your flow to see the value of Team name.

Can you also validate if Case record Owner's Team is the correct Team.

In your previous reply you have added screenshots - What I was asking is you have Compose action box, if you can expand the compose action so that Value will be visible for me to understand what is happening.

Second - If you can add another compose Action and select Team Name from dynamic content and run your flow then send me the screenshot with Compose box expanded.

That is the one way you creating through power automate.

There is another way to create the folder of case while just integrating the SharePoint with dcrm.

Can you show me what data it is getting returned for Owner's Team and add another compose action for Team name to see the value?

Hi,

As I mentioned earlier you will need to Team Name in your condition from newly added action instead of using Owner's Team.

I still see you are using Owner's Team in condition, please use Team Name. Please see my image posted in previous reply
