Is there not a way to change the picklist values for the salesstage field? It doesn't seem possible from what I can tell which makes no sense. More specifically, I need to change the option set for the opportunity_salesstage global option set. I've tried in the classic editor and maker and values can't be changed and nothing is editable. I've also added this global choice to an unmanaged solution.
Can the opportunity_salesstage global option set be modified? If no, why not? If yes, how?
Hi, We analyzed the information you provided and according to our tests, as you said the /opportunity_salesstage/ option set cannot be changed. The information in the classic interface says that the option set cannot be changed. We also used /option set editor/ in Xrm Tool Box to edit the option set but /publish/ reports the following error. Therefore, we believe that the application was originally designed in such a way that some data cannot be changed even by the system administrator. I hope my answer is helpful to you!
